I was introduced to the food industry since my early age in the place I was raised in Italy, by helping in the organisation of religious and food festivals as well as assisting in the kitchens making pasta and pizza from scratch and other delicates.
In my teenage I was working in bars and restaurant throughout summer holidays.
The passion for the food and beverage industry came naturally to me, and drove me to start a career in the sector.
In 1999 I relocated to England to finish my university degree. To maintain my study I start to work as KP (as I could not speak any English at that time) and growing thorough all the positions related to the kitchen, bar and restaurant floor.
In 2003 I became a restaurateur until 2011, building a company which included 3 restaurants,, 1 B&B and 1 bar serving Italian food and beverage
Between 2011 and 2012 I went back to Italy to become a commercial property and business advisor (catering division):
this gave me access to become what I am today. In fact, I went back to England in 2012, to start my second company as a catering and Hospitality consultant,helping people and companies to develop, or start their own businesses, consulting/advise investors. Form Sep. 2016 to July. 2018 I also had a very rewarding experience in China as Italian Restaurant consultant.
