Responsibility for the group

• Overall manage World Class Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement (6sigma, Kaizen methodology)
• Lead specific projects to increase line productivity, make manpower reduction(Value Added Time – Not Value Added Time, Muri, Muda, Mura analysis) in assembly lines, die casting dept., as well as plastic dept.
• Supervise the Load production line analysis of each plant, evaluate OEE and costs for OEE lost and work on Cost scrap analysis
