Senior manager with strong experience in Business Management, Operations and Lean Strategy. International background (job positions in Germany, France and UK), solid analytical skills and valuable problem solving orientation. Able to take P&L full ownership and responsibility, strong orientation for cost reduction and business performance. Broad skill set in advanced continuous improvement methods applied on the manufacturing processes (5S, Kaizen, Process Value Stream Mapping, SMED, LEAN, KANBAN). Respectable appearance, intercultural competencies, able in establishing high level relationship with customer executive to maintain a positive environment of goodwill.

Proven track record of managing a manufacturing site in an operations manager/general manager role and in driving lean & continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a lean culture.
